We support our overall health and well-being by using massage, stretch therapy, infrared saunas, and cold plunges. We are excited to offer these services to you.

Pose familiarity, practical movement, and transitions will feel like coming home to your body. A strong bond with our bodies fosters a strong bond with ourselves. Come practice yin, ashtanga, hot power vinyasa, foundational, yin, and fundamentals yoga with us!
Our Classes
Never again in the same class. Every teacher in an all-levels flow has a different approach, so you'll encounter different rhythms, concentration, sequences, and music. The temperature range for this class is 90–99 degrees. Although some prior experience is advised, if you're the daring kind, go for it, take breaks as necessary, and enjoy the trip.
Things at Level-1 slow down a little. Even in a warm environment (85–90), you will exert a lot of effort. However, you will notice that there are more instructions and a focus on simplicity. If you’ve been doing yoga for some time, and want to get back to basics, or, if you’re getting started and learning, this session will be a fantastic fit for you.
For those who are new to yoga and want a slower, more basic flow, this is an excellent session.
You will be led through an awesome yoga practice in this session that will leave you feeling full and great in your body. Longer holds, deliberate breathing, and a mindful flow will all be felt. The instructor will take their time dissecting each posture and allowing you to experience the physical effects of the practice.
We welcome all students to our yoga class! You are quite welcome here, regardless of your yoga experience level.
A restorative practice is yin yoga. You will have the chance to truly listen to your body's and mind's demands in this class. By bringing the nervous system down, which is the best state for healing, you can use breath, deep stretching, quiet spaces, and little talking. There is no heat in this class.
It might also be the most relaxing nap you have ever taken.
